Kenn Callahan

Experience

Kenn Callahan has been a successful, full-time REALTOR® since 1989 and has been a Broker since 1993. Before that time, he was the owner/managing partner of a chemical compounding company which he started and built up to a multi-million dollar company. This experience taught Kenn the importance of effective management and attention to details, both important traits that he continues to exhibit in his career today.

A top producing agent since the very beginning of his career, Kenn keeps up on education: Earning the prestigious GRI designation, signifying that he is a member of the Graduate Realtors Institute. Kenn is also a Certified Relocation Broker.

Kenn is currently placed in the top 1% within Santa Clara County's 12,000 real estate agents (and has been for years).

Within his firm, Kenn is ranked at the top of his office and in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker, earning him the designation of Chairman's Circle. Consistently he sells between 50-60 properties a year.

Kenn is experienced in properties ranging from condominiums to large estates, from first time buyers to long-time investors.

Personal Information

Kenn is a native of Santa Clara County. He was born at San Jose's O'Connor Hospital, grew up in Los Gatos. He knows the area like only a native can. He earned his BA degree in accounting at San Diego State University. He and his wife enjoy raising his 2 sons in the area in which he grew up. When not serving clients, Kenn enjoys golf, fishing and backpacking.

Upon retiring from the CPA profession, I joined my son, Kenn, and the Callahan Real Estate Group. Expertise about Real Estate and the local market and exceptional service to his clients are definitely Kenn’s forte.

As a CPA for 34 years, my reputation for treating my clients personally and being focused on client satisfaction resulted in client loyalty. Many of my clients were clients for more than 30 years. It is that same reputation of personal client attention and being focused on client satisfaction that has guided me to be successful in helping our clients sell or buy a home. Having been raised in Los Gatos, I am an advocate of local community involvement. I am currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Los Gatos Community Foundation, Inc., Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad, YMCA of Silicon Valley and Rotary Club of San Jose Foundation.
